Top notch design & construction
Nice, new pump, fit well and works just fine. Volvo parts are just pricey, but I expect many good years of use ahead. The old pump lasted about 20 years without issues.

The pump was exactly what I ordered. No issues with the pump. The problem was that you were the most expensive place that I could have bought it from. There was 3 other companies i would have purchased this from for half of the price I paid you. But I needed it within 2 days and your salesmen assured me that if I ordered it before 4pm that day it would ship in time for me to have it. I even paid extra for the 2 day shipping. Well guess what it wasn't shipped that day and I recieved the part 4 days after I ordered.

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your order with us. Regarding the pricing, there may be aftermarket or refurbished options available online that offer a much cheaper alternative, but this pump is a genuine new product from the original equipment manufacturer, so that may be some of the explanation for the price difference. Also, because we invest in inventory and have items ready to ship immediately, we may sometimes require higher pricing than other online stores that are just fulfillment houses without any inventory available. In either case, we do try to price our products as realistically and competitively as possible.
Regarding the shipping issues, the order was placed on a Thursday with a request for 2-day shipping. We shipped the item that same day and it was delivered on the following Monday, which is 2 business days from the time of the order. UPS estimates delivery in terms of business days only, and does not count weekends.
