Severe safety hazards and structural defects - ACCC filed
Rented a premium motorhome that had severe safety and structural failures. The roof skylight leaked rainwater directly onto our sleeping child. The off-grid refrigerator failed completely, spoiling our food supply. Mid-drive, a heavy kitchen drawer with a broken latch repeatedly flew wide open, creating a dangerous projectile hazard near our children. To make matters worse, the provided toddler safety seat lacked the legally mandatory top-tether strap.
Management refused to provide a lawful refund under Australian Consumer Law for these severe failures. A formal complaint has now been officially lodged with the ACCC. Avoid this company if you value family safety.
