I paid £1,500 for a one-year erectile dysfunction treatment programme, but after completing it, my condition returned to how it was before, with no lasting improvement.
When I complained, I was told the treatment was never guaranteed. I was then asked to pay another £1,500 for a further year, while my original payment was not refunded.
I have also experienced what I believe may be side effects and am concerned about my safety. I recommend that anyone considering this treatment carefully ask about its effectiveness, possible side effects, safety, refunds and further costs before paying.

Dear Arsalan - We note your comments although calling us a 'scam' is unfair, inappropriate and defamatory. Correct, we never guarantee results - ever. If any medical facility offers you a 'guarantee', then you should become extremely cautious. This is because every man's biochemistry is very different to the next, and why we custom tailor each treatment plan separately and can usually identify the right treatment for each man. Since 2012 a huge number of our patients have reported that they no longer require treatment after their initial MHC plan - which we always love to hear, and which is reflected in thousands of 5-star reviews. However, we also care for patients with certain underlying medical issues who decide to remain on treatment for longer periods. Correct. You were 'asked' if you wished to continue for a further year based on medical advice and you chose not to which is fine. However, we would not be in business if we provided refunds after our medical team worked hard for an entire year on your behalf. Regarding your final comment, we retain all medical notes and calls are recorded for medical compliance purposes, so we will investigate and may be in touch. MHC

Everything I am stating in my review of this company is to warn people of this company.
Also everything I am saying is covered under the freedom of free speech act of Canada.
This company is a scam. All they want is your money and don’t deliver on their promises that they tell you on your first phone call with them.
They tell you that they will get back to you in a couple days. Then they ghost you.
All this company does is treat the symptoms and not the cause for ED.
There are real Doctors and clinics out there that really care about the patients.
These Doctors and clinics deal with the root problems of ED.
I know this for sure because the REAL Doctors I have talked with about ED have real information about this.
Just because a pill can make you hard is only a bandage to the problem.
There are other factors to the problem.
Since I have talked with real Doctors my problem of ED has disappeared.
This business just wants to steal your money and don’t care if you have bad results or bad customer service from their uneducated telemarketers.
They tell you they have a lot of happy men. But they won’t tell you how many men they have pissed off or ignored because of their poor communication and lack of listening to the customer.
This company would rather post the personal information about a patient to the world. They tell you that your personal information will not be shared.
This is false because they shared my personal information on their response to my review. This goes against the agreement that was signed at the beginning of the contract.
Be very cautious of this company.

Clayton - We have already completed our investigation as you know and whilst we agree there were some service issues at the start of your plan due to the sudden departure of two team members which was out of our control, these issues were rectified and you were provided with a complementary extension of your treatment as a goodwill gesture. Furthermore, when you began treatment, you reported a problematic 5/10 which increased to a 9/10 to 10/10 whilst with MHC which was very positive. We do not take kindly to being called a 'scam' because based on the results you enjoyed from our clinic your comment makes no sense and shall be instructing our legal team next week. We are proud of what we have achieved for our patients over the last 13 years, which has derived thousands upon thousands of raving fans by successfully reconnecting intimate relationships with our treatment plans. Furthermore, we do not tolerate our team members being harassed and/or verbally abused (or in writing) which shall be reported if it continues. We note your aggressive communications recently at 2.49am, 3.08am, 3.15am, 3.30am, 3.34am, 5.01am, 5.13am, 5.15am, 5.24am & 5.33am which included various demands and unacceptable. We do not use AI to reply to messages, neither do we provide false information. Also, we do not agree with your account of what transpired, other than on one occasion our local pharmacy used the incorrect zip code, and your treatment had to be resent and was rectified. We are not miracle workers I'm afraid, although overall your treatment results were excellent. Therefore, we do not agree to your refund demands and take this opportunity to wish you all the very best in the future. MHC
Will never go near this place…
I never got close enough to assess the treatment in person. It became obvious that before I ever attended this was a telemarketer system. I asked not to have a callback because I wanted to think about it. They called back anyway; twice in fact, and I was treated rudely by the first marketer and I hung up on the second one.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible Money grabbing company
Terrible Money grabbing company. I paid for a consultation and no one called me. To my utmost consternation, i was charged another sum of £275. Yet they did not fix another appointment for me. I asked for a refund, they refused. After one month, i had to get a charge back through my bank, only for them to call mr the next day and try to fix an appointment. I told them i was no longer interested in using them. The guy who spoke to me says "if you want your condition to remain the same, that's your business". Such unprofessionalism. He then said they would not refund my full money. Worst company i have ever dealth with.

Men's Health are excellent. They have a patient focussed culture and develop a comprehensive program to help men and they are very effective. I have been with them for years. Their staff are very attentive, easy to work with and professional, especially the doctors and my consultant Emma. They really helped me through some challenging issues.
