Durable and sturdy. Product I purchased was aluminum black mesh (insect screen) to cover the underside construction of my deck and this REALLY dresses up the look while, simultaneously, providing the protection from (in my case----preventing any more/futire) wasps, bees, and birds attempting to nest under the construction.
