I have used MGY on several occasions and have always found them to be very professional, most recently I used MGY to rent out my property in Birchgrove. A special shout out to the staff in Birchgrove and Radyr for all their help in marketing the property.

I have being using MGY for several years and always receive an excellent service. Jake Price and the team are fantastic and I highly recommend using them.

Their service is very poor. We wanted to move forward with 3 properties and tried to communicate back and forth yet we were ignored, thrown behind and not told what was happening in terms of offers. The agents operating with us were supposed to get back with questions we had and even let us know incase someone else was interested in the properties but instead we’d wake up to checking Rightmove and seeing LET AGREED to properties we put down offers on and asked for updates incase of anything so we could improve our offer. This agency’s letting department do not take young people seriously. It happened back to back with 3 properties we put offers on so it wasn’t just a “temporary” thing.

MGY Radyrs Staff were so friendly and professional, throughout the whole process from start to completion.

I have recently rented one of my rental properties out with this company they were excellent ,
I dealt with Sarah Green who was really efficient and kept me updated at every stage of the viewings and she found me really lovely tenants who loved my apartment .

I have dealt with this company for a number years and always had excellent service from all the staff I've dealt with at all their offices so I would deffinatly recommend them if you're looking for good service .

I have been using MGY Estate agents a few years now to find new contract holders for my property's in Penarth and the difference with other letting agents is Sarah Green ( lettings negotiator) she is incredibly and I feel privileged to have her working for me it is quite a complex world out there with legislation for renting in Wales and she makes every effort to make it as smooth as possible it a pleasure knowing her and working with Sarah.

We had a really positive experience with MGY! The estate agents were very friendly, accommodating and maintained clear communication throughout the process. It was never difficult to contact them, and no question was too silly! Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic experience with MGY from start to finish. Becky and James were an absolute pleasure to deal with – really down to earth, honest and never pushy. They made what can be a really stressful process feel much more manageable.

Lily was brilliant at constantly chasing the sale and keeping everything moving, while James and Becky worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to push the process through. We always felt they were open and honest with us, and we genuinely don't think our move would have gone as smoothly without their support.

Worst "estate agents" EVER!! Cancelled appointments without telling me, changed the times of appointments without telling me, lied and denied sending me the appointment times via text message despite me literally showing them it etc etc. James from Radar is especially bad and will also lie that he's been trying to get hold of you to re arrange his appointment time because he cant be bothered respecting people's time and turning up. Never have I encountered a worse bunch of incompetent LIARS. How these people are in business is beyond me. AVOID. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We made an appointment to view a property in Heath, Cardiff. MGY were able to give us a next day appointment which was very convenient for us.
We were met at the property right on time by Chloe who was a very helpful, professional and friendly representative of MGY.

I dealt with Oliver Karamouzis for the purchase of my new home and then the sales progression team once my offer had been accepted. From the day I viewed the house (10 March) until the day I completed (14 May) the whole experience was amazing. This excellent service helped what is a very stressful time.
