Rent increase takes place every January… surprise!!! An extra $58 per month. Double charging of credit card for two months rent happens no matter how often you tell them in person, interest from credit card fees at your expense. When administration misplaces your bank info, (even though steady & unchanged for years)… they accuse YOU of not paying direct withdrawal of rent and quickly jump using “we’re seizing your property”. So if I paid you to watch my car for years, and it’s YOU who misplace my bank info… shouldn’t you refund every penny of all the years of rent I paid, PLUS the price of the car?

My rent was increased by 100%.
I went to ask why, without any real explanation I was told after reviewing, my new price will be a 30% increase, minutes after they went ahead and charged my card 200% of the original price. Went back and still haven't received a reason for it, I had to just cancel the rental unit.

I walked in and was greeted by Dominic at 5260 Ferrier who served me very well, he helped me decide what was the best size of storage I would need and helped me calculate what would be the best choice in price for me. He did a great job and made me feel like a valued costumer. He did all this despite feeling under the weather. Thank you G Reis
