Align the lid carefully with the edges of the bowl, making sure it sits evenly.
Press down gently but firmly around the perimeter of the lid to create a secure seal.
Check that the lid’s silicone is clean and dry, as moisture or residue can reduce grip.
These tips usually help the lid stay in place while still being easy to remove for mealtime.

In the meantime, we would like to offer a helpful suggestion: please try adjusting the base of the bowl as demonstrated in the instructional video we have sent to your email. Once you've made the adjustment, turn the bowl upside down and leave it in that position for 1–2 days. This can help the suction cup regain its original shape and improve its grip.
We also want to mention that this issue may sometimes occur due to packaging during transit, which can temporarily affect the suction performance. Please rest assured that we are actively working on improving our packaging to ensure better product performance in the future.
