Moonkie's Silicone Training Cup is made from a clear 100% food-grade platinum silicone so parents can see what's left. Care
Moonkie's Silicone Training Cup may be cleaned by hand or on the top rack of a dishwasher. To clean, wash with warm, soapy water and allow it to air dry.
For microwaving, pop the lid to avoid building pressure within the cup, and check the liquid's temperature before drinking. Maximum: 392°F (200°C)
We recommend cleaning the straw thoroughly with a brush before each use. Insert the brush into the straw, twist it back and forth, pull it out, and rinse.

This is my second time buying the straw cup because I loved the first one, but this time I’m really disappointed. The one I received doesn’t fit tightly and keeps leaking. And because of that problem, I can barely let my child use it. Even though it’s not cheap, I still bought a second one because I liked the first so much, but this one is really disappointing in terms of quality.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. A loose fit and leakage are certainly not what you expect from our products.
The issue you described can sometimes occur if the silicone seal or the lid components are not fully aligned and locked into place during assembly. To help you resolve this quickly, we have just sent you an email with clear, step-by-step pictures showing the correct way to install and secure the lid and straw.
Could you please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for our email and try reassembling it following the guide? In most cases, this should create a tight seal and stop any leaking.
