The gift box itself was damaged. So I gave the gift out of the gift box, one toy also had damaged packaging. I contacted customer service and didnt hear back.

Excellent set. Perfect for the baby
Lovely set, my girl mostly enjoyed the toys with strings to pull. Unfortunately, the other toys are less appealing to a 6 month old, she just wants to bite them. I wouldn’t say they are strong enough. One of the stacking cups ripped within the first week of use. Edit: the team has kindly reached out to investigate the issue. They are proactive and provide good customer service. Months later my baby still enjoys playing with her toys, looks like only one cup was faulty. Everything else is perfect.

Great customer support. My friend’s daughter loved this toy set!

You obviously send out automated requests. I ordered this set but NEVER received my order. I emailed you and your response was to contact your courier. They said they tried to deliver but there was no one in … untrue as I was in all day. After correspondence I did get a refund from you. A real shame because my granddaughter would have loved this set. Poor review is because I never received the set and a lot of hassle.

My daughter loves all of these toys, especially the UFO! There are so many great ways to engage with her with these toys and I don't have to worry about her putting them in her mouth - easy to clean. She doesn't use a pacifier but this clip is really handy for holding teething toys so they stay in her reach while we are on-the-go
