There was a dark mark on the side of the mug which looked like it happened during printing. (Won’t add this due to my children being on the mug) Some pictures came out slightly blurry. I also paid £5 for postage on the mug and another £5 for a card which was sent together anyway but in a seperate bix. Wasting customers money and resources.i wouldn’t recommend. I I’ll be requesting a refund.

The product was great some pictures came out very dark and it would be great if before uploading if there was a way to say that the picture may not come out as well

Good product but I bought it for my sons graduation and it didn’t arrive on time despite getting guaranteed delivery- no card or gift for after his leaving cert results so very disappointing service
