He wanted a mug with his own face on it so that’s what he got! If ordering again I do think I would choose another style as the pictures are small on it but it’s still nice

Delivery service is not adequate. Three times I have ordered over 5 months, never delivered on the day. This is not on the Irish postal service - Moonpig need to adjust the expected day if they are going to charge so much for delivery. Product was fine, would be better to buy local and post myself (and cheaper).

I am so disappointed. The mug shows some sort of tape used to attach the photo, it looks awful. The person on 'chat' was no help at all. I've been using Moonpig for years. I expected better. Interested to see if this review will be published!
