Product was ok. Price was ridiculous. Was going to add a card but they wanted an extra £4.50 postage just to SEND the card even though it could have gone in with the mug, which would have made the two items £28. Ok for an absolute last minute emergency...otherwise avoid!

Was first sent the wrong mug with someone’s else’s family pictures on. Another was sent out following a reply but by this time I’d had to rebuy elsewhere. Concerning that double checks aren’t made when pictures of children are being sent to the wrong people
