While their coats and clothing look great, if you gave a quality issue they will completely ignore you. I had a $2800 coat from them that came with a faulty zipper. They have been non-responsive and given me the runaround for over a month. This is not a luxury brand. Beware.
I bought one of my Moorer jacket at their Ginza store in Japan around a year ago, and lost the bib part of my jacket during travel. I was looking for the replacement parts. Contacted the store clerk through email who was attentive and helpful. However, it took over a week for their respective team in Italy to respond and the response is that the jacket I bought less than a year ago is no longer in production, hence replacement is not available.
As a business traveller, this is perhaps not the most inconvenient. Incidentally, the bib that I was looking seems to be featured on most jacket they have in stock currently. This is not the case when it comes to other brands in mind, such as Loro Piana or Hermes. They take care of your need immediately with no hassle. I have owned several Moorer jackets in the past and find the quality of the jacket to be very high. However, when you are spending around £1500 on the jacket you would expect an exceptional after-sale service, who would take care of the need of your jacket.

Love their winter jackets. Customer service was amazing on a last issue I had with a jacket I bought from them.
They are a luxury brand and CS behaves like one.
