Love the car and staff helpful and friendly, only issue I had was it was difficult to see and contact one person so did get different information and when I needed to check something couldn’t contact anyone easily

Ellis Richards delt with my purchase in a pleasant & professional manner. The car I purchased had been prepared for sale prior to my visit,so was ready to drive away the same day.

The Norwich branch team showed me great customer service by all the team. Every member I spoke with were extremely helpful and friendly. They took to time to know my needs and talked through things whilst I was waiting a valuation on my car. They offered me a fair price and found me the exact car I was looking for. Couldn’t fault the process.

All in all everything was fine from sale to getting the car the only thing was when I part exchange my car they gave me the lower price even though it just had a new gearbox from nissan under warranty when I could of given my me the higher part exchange but did not give me or mention the part exchange price with besides that all ok

Not being followed around the site by a sales person, the only negative was the long wait after I paid for my payment to be assigned to the purchase of my car.

Thought I had purchased a car from here a while ago. They sold the car to me and said they would keep me updated over the next few days as it was being transported from another branch. I heard nothing for 5 days and when I called them the phone was answered with "hello" (I would have expected "motorpoint Norwich, can I help you?" ) She then transferred me to someone else who then put me on hold for 5 minutes and then told me her manager would call me back. 40 minutes later he did call me back to tell me that the car had been an insurance write off a month before they purchased it so I couldn't buy it. On enquiring why it had taken 5 days to call me the manager muttered something about "having a frenetic week" Terrible customer service and not sure they should be selling cars that have been written off. Apparently it only came to light when the finance company highlighted it.
Be careful with this shambles especially if you are visiting the Norwich branch.

What an amazing company. The staff were extremely helpful, they sorted everything out for me. I would recommend Motorpoint to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

A great experience from start to finish. My new car was shipped from another part of the country and I arranged to view and test drive. Collected the car as per arranged appointment and fully supported throughout the process….many thanks to all at Motorpoint!

Bought a Peugeot 2008 allure 2024 at a very competitive price. Shannon and the other customer reps from the Norwich branch was very patient and supportive in completing the process.

Zac was very helpful in finding me my first car - He was thorough, friendly and very informative.

Was offered certain covers but not pushy,etc,I'm in my 60's and best experience in buying car by far,thanks motorpoint Sean & mandy,ps tom keep doing what you are doing buddy and putting them smiles on face's

On the day I picked my car up, zac had a colleague working with (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) she was also polite and friendly too.

We recently bought a new car from the Norwich site. From start to finish, the team were friendly and helpful, yet not pushy or overbearing. All questions were answered clearly and there was never any pressure to buy - which was refreshing. There was a slight issue with tyres being quite worn, however Motorpoint were happy to help and sorted this very quickly for us - hassle free! Overall, the team were super friendly and made the process an enjoyable experience, rather than a stressful one! Would recommend!
