Cannot understand bad comments
I bought the first time at Musix 5 years ago. Once there was a Problem but Musix is very solution-oriented. Great offers, good prices, very fast delivery, and I remember a good and fast service as well.
Perfect. Exceeds expectations!
First of all, I found a product there that was nowhere to be found in France. Also, they answered very quickly, were extremely helpful, shipped quickly, and the communication was very smooth. What more can you really hope for?
Could not be better
I wanted to buy a guitar and a bass.
An evening I sent Musix a mail asking for information and they replied the following morning.
I then placed my order on November 6th at 9.30 AM.
A few hours later I got a mail with the shipment confirmation and tracking details.
In the following hours I got several updates and info.
Today (Nov 7th) I got my order delivered at home at 8.45. Less than 24 hours since my order.
The only way to do better would be to have somebody driving their car to my place at the moment the order is received :)

Really bad service - zero communication
Their website states "Products from external stock are sent out usually within 2-3 days from our side." I placed an order such a product and waited for an update. After a few days of complete silence with no notifications or status updates, I called them and sent some emails. But they do not pick up their phone during business hours and I did not receive any reply whatsoever. They later made excuses for not replying because I used two different email addresses, even though I cited the order number when requesting an update on my order. I really don't mind waiting for an order, but I cannot accept zero communication and zero response to my queries--not even an autoreply stating that my email was received. ZERO. TOTAL SILENCE.

Fantastic customer service.
Not only are their selection of products extensive and their prices are very competitive, their customer support is superb. When I had a problem with a guitar amp I purchased from them, they contacted the manufacture and sent me a replacement part, without charge, without fuss. They just did it!
Order times very long and sold incompatible products.
Bought an item that showed as available. Was then told it would take around 2 weeks to arrive. 3 weeks later I asked where it was and was told it would be another month. I then had to order a more expensive guitar to get something quick. The sales person was helpful, but at no time was I compensated for the issues and I could have bought the more expensive guitar somewhere else cheaper. That one also took longer to arrive than advertised. At the same time I ordered a guitar case and wasn't advised that it wouldn't fit the guitar I had ordered. When I subsequently paid to post it back, I then had 10% deducted for them to restock it. When I complained about that my e-mail was ignored. Overall was a bad experience.
