Holly at Perry bar was absolutely…

Holly at Perry bar was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly where everything was I was after and helped complete my purchase easy. I would definitely recommend people to come ncf to see holly.

Kurtis was very attentive and great at remembering!

Kurtis at NCF Swansea was great! We had been back and forth a few times. However after 4 months between our last visit and today, Kurtis remembered myself and what products we were looking for and helped us purchase our new dining tables.

Looking forward to going back soon to get our sofa.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new bed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy. They took the time to explain the different options and helped me find the perfect bed to suit my comfort and budget. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was prompt and professional.

Mark was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision.

Buying a bed and mattress can be overwhelming, but Mark made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.

Warm greeting and helpful tips from the salesman Arfan at the Preston branch.
Also. all the sofa sets were very reasonably priced - by which I mean about half the price for similar styles at dfs.
