Paisley NCF

Visited the Paisley store to buy a sofa and a mattress.
Chelsea approached straight away and was very friendly and helpful.
She helped me work out the best configuration of sofa for the space I had and was very knowledgeable on the sizing and options.
Buying the mattress Chelsea was again very helpful showing me some of the best options for my price range but also gave me time and space to make my decision. Delighted with my purchases and the service I received.

People buy people

Leanne welcomed us as we entered the store and provided us with information to help us. We left the store and returned a while later and were greeted by Leanne who remembered us. Leanne was very helpful and personable while we were choosing our beds. People buy people and I would definitely buy from Leanne again.

Visited Derby store

Visited Derby store. Served by Jess. Excellent service. Exceeded expectations. Was very accommodating. Sofa we purchased to be delivered much earlier than expected and was great at explaining everything. Highly recommend

Bought fabulous corner dinning unit…

Bought fabulous corner dinning unit when opened one corner of it was damaged badly disappointed, it took me 6 weeks to open delivery as we moved into a new property so unhappy really with damage and customer service when I rang

Amazing experience

Absolutely amazing experience Arif is probably the best sales assistant I’ve ever had helpful kind funny and knows what he’s doing. Thanks Arif for the experience. Hareema was a lovely girl with a bright smile and positive energy more people like her are needed.

Simon at Leeds ncf living

Simon at Leeds ncf living was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and never once made us feel under pressure. He happily answered all of our questions and gave two rather nattery old women plenty of time to chat, think and make the right decision without rushing us.
We were so grateful for his patience that we even brought him a Caffè Nero coffee!
Now we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the sofa lives up to Simon’s very high standards. If it does, we’ll be delighted!
