Went into store today and Brian was absolutely amazing. His product knowledge and patience enhanced my shopping experience which gave me confidence to buy my amazing dining table. I will surely come back to buy my sofas. Thank you Brian.

Great choice and fantastic salesman

We dealt with the salesman Jon at the Swansea and I can only say he was absolutely first class. Not at all pushy like other places (SCS in particular) he was most helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating not to mention patient as we kept changing our mind all the time. Great choice in the store and although we have not taken delivery yet the sofa we chose seemed extremely comfy and sturdy and I am anticipating many years of use from it. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a fantastic experience at the…

We had a fantastic experience at the Chester NCF store. Jason was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. He took such good care of my 4-year-old while we shopped, he kept him entertained by putting spiderman on the TV and gave him a colourimg book. His kindness and excellent customer service made a real difference to our shopping experience. Thank you, Jason—we really appreciate it and will definitely be back!

Very welcoming .and helpful explained about different suites and chairs .styles and what they do .recline etc Becky was very helpful after we explained what we were looking for .we went to several shops but came back to Becky and bought our suite
