Abbey was great. Did not hassle but was thrre with help when needed. Sofas were cheaper than seen else where and really nice. We fell in love wiyh one of first ones seen and after looking at other places went straight back to buy it

Nasa's in MK who is the best, she is so thoughtful to her customer, I was actually looking for a smart sofa through different stores, finally I've got a perfect one from NCF. Nasa is very considerate to what customer need, like color matching pallets idea, promise for in case if any property transaction withdrawal and so on.....we need a value added service, they can do.

Sofa purchased in full and in the tracking it had the cheek to say it has been delivered. Can't get through on customer service either so technically they have taken my money said it has been delivered when it hasn't

Today was my first time in a ncf store. We went to the Chester store. Debbie introduced herself to us but didn't mither and let us look round.
We went off looked at other stores but come back and made ourselves at home shoes off and lay down for a good while testing two sofas we liked. We decided on the Chloe. Debbie sorted everything out for us, very easy process, great information given, the extra aftercare is a must on a sofa when you have 3 teen kids so that was must and ncf can provide at a good cost. delivery is fast and will line up perfectly for when our old sofa goes. Can't wait for our sofa now.

Michael at Leeds was our consultant today he was lovely and informative & told us everything we needed to know about our furniture purchases today he was patient and understanding when I couldn't make up my mind. We actually left the Leeds store before purchasing anything to look around & decided on what we wanted then went back headed to find Michael to assist us again and purchased the items we wanted from the Leeds store. He was very helpful & told us everything we needed to know lovely guy
