I would not recommend NCF Living based on my experience.
I spent around £3,000 on a sofa, but the wrong one was delivered. Although NCF Living admitted the mistake, it took almost a month to resolve. During that time, I had to live with a sofa I never ordered, repeatedly chase for updates, and deal with poor communication throughout.
To make matters worse, during one phone call I was hung up on, which I found incredibly unprofessional and only added to an already frustrating experience.
NCF Living acknowledged in writing that the level of service I received fell below the standard they aim to provide. However, despite admitting their error and the inconvenience it caused, they refused to offer any goodwill gesture or compensation. Their view was simply that replacing the incorrect sofa with the one I’d originally paid for was sufficient.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that matters. I expected far better after spending £3,000. Instead, I was left chasing updates, dealing with delays, and feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.
While I am finally receiving the correct sofa, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from NCF Living again.

Purchased the perfect sofa for our new flat, great colour options and ideal size.
At the beginning, the staff were great and very helpful. However, my experience quickly went downhill. My sofa had an estimated wait of 20 weeks, but I actually waited over 23 weeks for delivery, only to receive the wrong sofa.
I contacted customer services, who were unhelpful and quite rude on the phone. They initially seemed unwilling to resolve the issue or replace my order. I then returned to the store, where the staff agreed the mistake was theirs and contacted head office on my behalf. I had photos of the sofa I originally ordered to support my claim.
I was then told that replacing the original sofa would mean another 20-week wait, so I chose a different sofa that was supposedly in stock. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for delivery over three weeks later, as head office has yet to process the order.
I have repeatedly asked for the manager to contact me. Each time I am told someone will get back to me within 48 hours, but no one ever does.
Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience with poor customer service, poor communication, and excessive delays. I would not recommend ordering from this store

I purchased a Bed frame and Mattress from NCF Derby, when choosing the Bed my partner and I were telling the sales person that we were concerned that the 6ft bed might not fit into our property, he promised us that the bed all comes apart and the Mattress is all rolled up and not to worry as he guaranteed this bed would fit in any property. The Bed did not fit. NCF has now refused to return my £180 deposit. Please be careful and do not listen to the under hand sales techniques just to sell a product.
