Update 8 days on from rejecting the…

Update 8 days on from rejecting the damaged sofa ! ‘ not heard a thing from them ! They not only have my hard earned £1,400 but also the sofa as well !!! I even rang customer services 4 days after rejecting it and the lady said’ when we receive it back we will look at it !( does it really take 4 days to travel the 90 miles back ? She even had the cheek to say if we patch it back up and make it right will you still have it !!’ Absolutely not! I paid for new ! Waited 16 weeks and expected new ! As for the ‘expert fitting ‘ team ! Nothing could be further from the truth I’m afraid .we just can’t move on as they still have our money ! I’ve requested my money back several times , even in store and told them the same , this company really is onee to AVOID , already ordered a new one from a ‘proper,more professional company who have a customer service that cares, understands and more to the point can be contacted ! The stress and upset goes on !

We spoke with Debbie in Chester and from the moment she offered to help us she was knowledgable, respectful and wasn’t pushy or made us feel pressured in anyway. We found the whole experience very refreshing and easy. Her customer service was excellent and we found and purchased our bed with her. Would highly recommend her. 5⭐️

Matt in Gateshead

Matt in Gateshead was so helpful! Listened to all our enquiries, was super helpful and kind. Really informative and knew which direction to point us in to help my friend find what she was looking for.
All the men in the shop were super kind and friendly, felt like walking into a home from home.
Thank you for helping her even though she took her time haha!

Delivery of our new sofa and dining chairs

We had delivery of our new sofa and dining room chairs last week. The communication from the delivery drivers was excellent we knew exactly when they were coming. They set everything up for us and took all the boxes and wrapping away with them. It was quick and easy. Bl
