Azra at Stoke was very understanding

I bought a bed just over a year ago. Bed and mattress look great . Turned the mattress every month , very heavy. Mattress started to hold shape of body within 7 months . Iv bought a 200£ mattress topper from Dunelm and for 2/3 months was fine but now the topper sunk into body shape . I actually turned the mattress over( even though it’s a memory mattress) and sleeping on the wrong side up. With the mattress topper. Now going to have to buy a new one . So looks good quality no good and if you look only one year guarantee . Would definitely not recommend this place .

We had an amazing experience with Azra at Stoke, she was very helpful and patient whilst my brother was picking a sofa. She was understanding and considerate throughout our experience at ncf.

Azra at Stoke, was lovely and helped us find the sofa of our dreams, helped us. considering we couldn’t make our minds up for days she was very patient.

Chelsea @ Cardiff was fantastic and helped us through our purchase. We had a great experience in the Bristol store too when we visited prior.

Khalid and Yaz at the Bradford store was brilliant helping us buy our new sofa! Such an easy and calming process and he had recommendations and words of encouragement for us! He allowed us to walk around and find our pace and didn’t rush us into a sale which was great. He was supportive with every decision and i would definitely buy from him and Yaz again!!

Shitty company. Do not fall for the high good ratings, that was manipulated as you will be cajoled by their attendee to give good rating during sales. That is their pattern. I have placed an order since 02/06/2026, today being 30/07/2026, there is no delivery date for my order. If you try to cancel, they will boldly tell you that you will lose your money and get no refund. They are a bunch of shitty people. I regret walking into that horrible store and talking to their liar-attendee named Hugh from Paisley Store. Liars!!!

Chelsea from Cardiff Newport road store helped us in store today, patient and helped us find a new sofa. We’re looking forward to our new sofa coming soon.

Today I visited the store at Forster Square Bradford branch and what a lovely lady Yaz is, she sorted a very important purchase for me, small sofa and chair. Absolutely wonderful customer service cannot thank her enough for all her help, thankyou so much Jaz.

I went in with my family into the Bradford store and and khalid the manager was very nice helped us decide on a very fitting and comfortable sofa for me and my family

Got to speak to Josh in Swansea again today. No luck in making a purchase for me, but my sister got hold of a lovely dining set she’s really happy with! Thanks again for all your help Josh!

I am very disappointed with my experience with NCF Living Furniture. The sofa is much bigger than expected, and when I contacted the company, I was not given any options to exchange or return it. I felt that they were unwilling to help resolve the issue.

The customer service was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I do not think this was a good purchase, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Sofa was nice, but it is still in the warehouse. Joke of a delivery service, in the shop they said it would fit, delivery team turned up, didn't even get out of the van, said it was too big and left. We went back to the shop, measured again and confirmed a second time it would fit, now they want another £99 to deliver on top of the original delivery fee. Avoid this company.

Do not use this company. We purchased a bed 3 months ago after a lovely visit to the store to buy a heavy mattress and a bed base to support that mattress. At the time we had discussed the delivery options - the mattress would have to be vacuum packed in order to be delivered.
We received the delivery of the bed base and the mattress in due course, however this is where our problems started. The mattress had not been vacuum packed and could not be delivered. The base had been delivered and as we had paid for the assembly service, they started making the bed. Parts of the delivery were missing and the bed was forced together anyway.
My partner attempted to get some support from customer service and this took weeks of back and forth emails. A second attempt at a delivery was made several weeks later and it was again not vacuum packed. Today marks approximately 3 months since we purchased the bed, and after a third failed delivery, we have been informed that the mattress that we purchased can't be vacuum packed. We have been charged for the bed, despite not owning it. NCF have refused a full refund of the product and if you call customer service, the rude customer service agents just tell you that there is nothing that they can do. One hung up on me today! Horrendous service, illegal practise and terrible experience overall.
