I recently popped into your Stockton branch after buying my new house, as I was looking for a sofa, dining table and chairs. I was greeted by Paul, who was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in!

He was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and offering really helpful advice without making me feel pressured at all.

Buying furniture for a new home can feel a little overwhelming, but Paul made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

I left feeling really happy with the service I received and would highly recommend visiting and asking for Paul. A real credit to the shop! Thank you so much! ⭐️

Can't get into my account with card number and I have checked it about 10 times won't let me renew my card as it has stopped working on public transport

Hareema @ Bradford made our experience so nice and simple - she was really knowledgeable and approachable. We even went to another shop but came back on a different day specifically to get the bed she helped us pick.

DO NOT ORDER!! I’ve still not relieved my order. They delivered half of it and I’m missing the rest. No emails will be responded to or phone calls. Absolutely shocking! We’ve now formally started legal proceedings. AVOID!!!!

We had a great experience buying from these people in Derby Meteor Centre, seven months ago
we bought a three piece suite and it was great and a good price. But one of the power recliner chairs stopped working in the half up half down position which is a hazard to us 80 year olds. But their customer service is awful, for 2 days I have sat on the phone no one answers. I have sent two emails, still no reply and their is no phone number for the shop I purchased from. Beware.

Shambles of a company. Cannot get through to anyone in customer service. Hold music is also ridiculous. Placed an order over 2 months ago, received a damage item, chased for 6 weeks to get this resolved, only to receive another damaged item. Now all calls/emails are going unresponsive.

Matt at Gateshead was amazing, very helpful and went out of his way to make our visit a friendly and lovely experience.

Went to see Matt at Gateshead and he was absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and helpful and helped us to buy our sofa for our first home. Had a wonderful chat and if we need anything else we will definitely be back.
