Delays and no explanations
Incredibly frustrating online shop with terrible customer service. I ordered a fridge which they had in stock and would be delivered to me within 5 to 10 days. As day 10 was approaching and I hadn't hestd anything, I got in contact with them. Got an automated reply they would look jnto my issue only AFTER the delivery window was closed. So, as soon as the product was late, I got in contact again. The constant replies were that they were looking into it, and thereafter to proceed with estimating new shipping dates. Every email was accompanied by the question "how would you like to proceed", never an apology, never listing any options (such as a different color or model.) They were slow to respond and everything was beyond frustrating. I ended up canceling the order and getting the same fridge from another company in a few short days.

Excellent customer service from Netrauta
I ordered several Heatit wi-fi heaters from netrauta. One unit had a sensor fault which the manufacturer said was unfixable and advised me to get a replacement. Netrauta's customer service was excellent. They quickly sent a replacement heater. Their service agents were very friendly, very helpful and kept me informed until the matter was resolved. Perfect!
