The quality of the product was excellent, the catalog was printed beautifully. The only downside was the express delivery which was out of newprints control - FedEx was supposed to deliver the item the next day, but it was delayed 'for reasons out of their control'. I required a very tight turnaround for a conference, and the catalogs literally arrived minutes before the start of the conference.
Super helpful staff that gave me tips on how to improve my catalog while I was on the phone with them (Elie was the one that helped me). Really great quality and service.

Very happy with final product. Our product was custom paper/size so it was a bit more expensive, but the quality shows.

You aren't notified if there is a delay, however if a client reaches out a firm timing of project completion and delivery are provided and met. The quality of the product is fantastic, for a price that doesn't break the bank. I suggest you give it a try as you will not be disappointed

Selected 100 lb. gloss text for an 8-page, saddle stitch, self cover brochure (Book - not a Marketing Catalog). Good quality, no issues. Online upload was easy and fast. Approval turnaround was quick.
