We are so sorry for the mix-up on the production floor. Getting half of your new 'Proud Member' magnets and half of your old 'Founding Member' magnets from your March order is definitely not the experience we want to provide.

We have already processed the replacement for the 50 incorrect magnets and will be shipping them out to you right away to make your order whole.

We truly appreciate your understanding, as well as the wonderful work the Cancer Foundation does for Saskatchewan. Please let us know if you need anything else once the replacements arrive!

I am always happy with this promotional product. My business card/fridge magnet has been an effective tool promoting my business for 5 years in 3 different versions. The attached is my most recent design. One suggestion, not a complaint...is the small blue boxes are fine for picking up. They are also packaged in a larger box which is not necessary. Just a suggestion
