very swift, very efficient.

The guys at Nord Investment are very helpful and nice. Even if the investment app for now is only in Danish, they changed their email communications to English to accommodate my needs. They also offered a consultancy call and are super fast at answering in general. The app itself is easy to use even for a dummy in financial investments (like me) and I could easily see my portfolio grow over months! Can definitely recommend :)

High level service - and personal follow up.

At first Nord seems as a good place to put your money. It is fairly easy to setup and the process is rather smooth. The app in it self is okay.

I got a bit suspicious, when I could not find a "sell" button... Why was that? Well you have to write them, when you want to sell. Fair enough I thought.

I wrote them, that I wanted to sell. Then Nord had the thought, why not call and ask why, even trying to persuade me to keep my investment with them... In the end they sold my investment and I received and email with instructions to get my money to my personal bank account... The step for getting your money out, is a fair bit more complicated than starting an investment.

In the end I have had my money stuck in transfer for about 11 days now. Multiple phone calls to Nord, have shed a light on a process at Nord and Saxo Bank that is far from good.

I hope I will see my money again :) but so far no luck.

Update. I have now received my money. Thanks to Nicholas for the help.

My experience with NORD has been nothing but positive. It is seamless to set up and get started. The team responds promptly via the chat function, and they are always happy to help ensure customers get the most of their services. In my eyes the provide a great simple solution for anyone who wants to invest their savings in an intelligent way instead of gambling on individual stocks. All fairly priced and with no hidden fees or agendas. Any questions I've had has been answered swiftly.
