I do love the cast iron griddle though only one side (the griddle) works on my induction hob when it was meant to be fully compatible with induction hobs. It’s a shame because I was very excited to use the flat side for pancakes etc. which was really the main reason for purchasing. My first one cracked upon first use. Though the company sent another one out without a problem
