Great Quality let down by the online experience
Great quality product, let down by its online ordering experience.
Whats the point of the website showing ‘in stock’ to order, you process believing you will get all of your basket. You get confirmation to that effect, then 2 updates later you get less than half of your order. This is inexcusable in the current tech driven online ordering experience.
