Appraisal was incorrect
Appraisal was incorrect - Brought a Rolex 16234 (Receipt#38-1179) has a white gold fluted bezel instead of stated steel bezel in the appraisal. Saleman promised to mail me a corrected appraisal but after 2 weeks still hasn't received any. After contact Oliver and now updated appraisal will be mailed to me. Thanks to Odafe being so professional and his friendly assistance on this issue.

My experience with the customer service over the phone with Elizabeth was excellent. She took the time to answer my questions, and she was honest and very professional. She also followed up with a return call as she had indicated in our conversation. The products are true to what is stated online and better. The product I received was excellent, down to the delivery and packaging. The service after the purchase was excellent as well. You don’t often find service of that nature anymore. Very impressed and would certainly consider purchasing again. Worth recommending.
