After a lot of research, we decided on Pedibal Bikes. Spoke with the company several times before committing and on each occasion they were happy to talk. Advice without pressure to buy. Ordered and within 2 days the bikes arrived as promised.
We had a couple of issues to resolve ( both of our making) and they were dealt with promptly

The bike is very well made and should last a very long time. The courier company sent an email as to when the bike was to be delivered. On the day of delivery, I was sent a link so I could track the progress of the delivery. This was a live link that like sat-navs I could follow the journey from start to finish. Well impressed. On delivery, the driver offered to unpack the bike and run through the controls with me. I declined the offer, I wanted to unpack the bike myself. The bike came fully assembled and was wrapped up in countless layers of bubble wrap. Once unwrapping it, I discovered the bike had some scuffs on the frame that had exposed the metalwork underneath. These scuffs although not massive was possibly done whilst the bike was in-transit. I contacted Pedibal, who was very apologetic. I asked if they could send some touch up paint, in which case not only did they send the paint but also as an apology for the paint scuffs, a gift comprising of a small tool kit, chain washer, and a canvas bag.

Fantastic bike, it’s perfect for my daily life, I use it within a 5 mile radius for shopping etc! The customer service team are very friendly and helpful and got back to me quickly when I needed help with a question. Would definitely recommend this company 🙌👌

Love my Pedabal bike
Love my Pedabal bike. Have had ours now for 3 years and am very pleased with them. They are so easy to ride. Batteries last for miles. I can fold both bikes in our boot easily. Best purchase ever. After sales support excellent. Just bought suspension for the saddles and very pleased. Speedy delivery and easy to fit.

So husband is waiting for a knee op and I have arthritis and honestly never thought I would ride a bike again - how wrong was I! We both really love these machines and they have made getting about so much easier and we laugh and giggle like a couple of teenagers.
We went down to their unit to try the bikes and Mark was brilliant gave us time to try them and no pressure to buy. Bikes are a brilliant piece of kit.

after a year in storage, one of our bike batteries had failed and would no-longer charge. I contacted Pedibal and, after a few tests, they replaced the battery without quibble.

Excellent all around
I rang previously to enquire a few things- the serviceman was very helpful and friendly.
The delivery was quick and packaged brilliantly- they chose their shipping partners well also as the communication and further execution from the company was excellent.
There was an issue regarding the testing battery still being in the bike however by the next day; a paid for delivery ticket was emailed and a new battery was on its way. The bike itself (e-cruiza) is incredible and very well made. Many people have asked me about it and tell me it looks fantastic.
