Around 15 came completely smudged or badly smeared and not usable. They were all in the same box The refund process was a nightmare. Multiple people emailing with different responses. Nobody is on the same page. Would not order from this company again.

We have received our mugs and very happy with the size of the mug plus the handle is big enough for either a female or male to hang onto the mug. White mug with black lettering definitely stands out and looks clean. Thank you Jan The Village Retirement Community

I bought these mugs for a welcome gift for my church with our logo on it. They are very good quality and I will be buying them again. The process for customizing them was simple, and it did not take too long to receive the order.

I would have given the product a 5 star rating had it not been for the fact that several cups were chipped or broken in the box. I replied several times to the NUMEROUS emails I now get from pens.com stating my issue and have never gotten a single response.....just more emails trying to sell me more products.

Whoever over seen this project did a good job supervising. I ordered 2 different products with my logo and this one was by far the better choice. The other one did not have such a good supervisor because my logo is not centered on the tote bags & I didn't get the amount I order or nowhere near enough inserts for each bag. The mugs I'm happy with! That bags, not so much! P
