The product is fine. The company is a disaster. This was the worst customer experience I've had in my 66 years on this planet. The amount of screw ups was gobsmacking and trying to connect with someone who could help was like waiting for godot. The way this company buries an actual human CS rep between it's India call center for hire and it's constant responses that someone would contact in 24 hrs (which didn't always happen) is astounding. There are plenty of promotional companies out there, there is absolutely no reason to work with Pens.com. Go elsewhere! Their products aren't unique. I rate the company negative 100.
