While we were initially pleased with our product, the mugs are not dishwasher safe and the logo came off after a single wash.

Ordered 104 for our church volunteers and it came out great! No broken mugs when I opened it and the boxes delivered were about 4 large boxes plus a smaller one- they don't come in individual boxes per mug. Our design size was perfect- at first I thought it was going to be too small. They also arrived at the time that was estimated as well. Overall, very pleased with this order and look forward to doing more business with Pens

The mugs for my daughter’s wedding were as ordered. They look great and hold up perfectly in the dishwasher.
