The cups are overall great the colors look amazing,they feel awesome. My 2 small complaints were that the logo wasn't on both sides and that the handle was a bit to small, but other than those amazing cups.

They are beautiful and it was a great gift for our 40 yr give out to those who have volunteered for over 10 years..

sent a note...stating wanted image and wording like the sample image...checked the box...to let me preview before hand...thinking since the ordering pens before--they had contacted before hand...it would happen the same....likewise should have changed colors on font...They are fine and everyone like them...just not how I wanted them...

These mugs are sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, comfortable in the hand and lovely design. I will say that each mug has a slightly different variation based on the fact that they are handcrafted, which may not work for everyone but worked out well for us!
