The journal and pen set are a good value for money and there are no complaints about the product. If there was an option for adding gift boxes, it would have been better as gifting that product then would have given a more professional look and feel.

The journals are great. However service is lacking. I did not receive the gift boxes I ordered with them. Still awaiting their arrival.

Very pleased with the appearance and feel of the notebook. I was holding off on the review because we have had problem with our last order in that some of the pens started leaking ink from the tip. We are thinking it was just a fluke. But I won't know till I give them out at the Christmas Dinner in December.
