Good quality notebooks and pens. There were two or three where the printing was either faded or not there at all

Fine product but took too long to get it. No notification about production delay until inquiry was made regarding where is it? Customer service not great in that regard.

Good job and good presentation. My only observation is that I think the paper should have been of a little better quality. For the rest, including printing and logo, it was presentable.

This small notebook includes a very nice, heavier weighted pen, I love this set. I will be using it as a gift to my volunteers.
