I’ve always gotten pens from pens.com but this time they got the logo I’ve used everytime and mixed the letters up. I’m not happy with this order at all

I have never used this company until now. But, I will definitely use them again if I have a need. The product is top quality. The price was very fair. The delivery was expedient. The web site make it easy for this 75 year old to place the order.

The pens themselves are fine. I have ordered multiple times and the order is always correct and the quality good. My only issue is you charge nearly $20 to copy/paste the lines of text into your program that prints the pen barrels, then another nearly $25 for shipping, which takes a full week to arrive once shipped. So in the end, the price is inflated and the pens are quite a bit more per pen than advertised. I understand the cost of doing business, but your fees are excessive.
