The quality is fine. The service was not. It took 3 months to get the pens and then, you did not include the yellow or white pens. I will seriously have to think hard about ordering from you all in the future.

These look great! I was impressed with the communication from the design team, we were able to message back and forth quickly to adjust my design to fit the pen correctly. I had tried to order from Vistaprint but they cancelled my order from stocking issues. I'll be coming back here next time again instead of trying that again.

The pen itself is beautiful and the logo work is perfect. Unfortunately the have been a mess! Leaking ink. Would appreciate a refund or replacement??? I'm scared to give these out to clients.

We ordered and designed these pens for our family reunion. They are absolutely beautiful and came out really well. I will not leave a picture, because it has our family names on them, but they are extremely well done. Also using them was very easy once you remove the small red safety tip. No shaking, just full ink writing. Thank you pens.com

I USE YALL FOR ALL MY PENS. I LOVE THEM. BUT I WILL NEVER DO GEL INK AGAIN. OUT OF 50 PENS, AT LEAST 12 SO FAR HAVE BUSTED ON ME. I'LL GO BACK TO REGULAR INK.

This is a very nice pen. It does NOT feel cheap. It feels nice, not too heavy. I chose to do more wording on my pen instead of a logo so people can contact me, if needed. The stylus on the pen is great. Customers have loved them. I've also given them to other businesses who love them as well. I will purchase again.
