The ballpoint is too short and it doesn’t stay tight you have to tighten it several times when writing

Never received order After contacting Customer Service- they rushed a new order (who even knows where the first one ended up?) through & I received them yesterday. Great quality pens!

Love the pen. Only suggestion we have is to make sure all of them are put together firmly. we had to secure each one when taking them out of the box. We only had one that did not have the ink in it, so that was good.

Received this product yesterday and was very disappointed in shape they were received. Most of the pens were in pieces and ink was everywhere. There was no damage to the box so they must have been shipped that way. Called customer service and they were very helpful by refunding my money and allowing me to reorder.
