The ink is hit and miss. while trying to write, the ink skips.

We received these pens but just opened them as we were out of town a week. We counted and tested each one as they are for welcome packets for older ministers. I ordered 130, received 125 - shorted 5 pens and one does not work properly-- it skips - all others seem to be perfect. The pens are nice and light, good medium ink flow. Just disappointed in missing 5 and the one that doesn't work.

We purchased a case of these pens with our company logo, but unfortunately, the ones we've tried so far do not work.

Does not write very well, having to throw several away due to poor quality

The pen is okay but paying a set-up charge on each reorder, (since it is already in the sysyem and used by the company to send me samples) is a rip-off.

Thank you for contacting us at Pens.com. For every order submitted with us there will be a set up charge with the exception of a promotion that offers a discount. The set up charge is to manually set up each product for printing by hand to prevent mistakes.
Very good product for the price. Beautiful looking pen for our branding. Very happy with engraving and logo placement. Would like the pen to write a little smoother and additional fonts to choose from.

These pens look beautiful! We love the color combination (we chose the dark blue barrel color), and our name information printed clean and sharp. Our only complaint is that the ink takes a moment to start writing. The last batch of pens we ordered (a couple years ago, and a different style) had the smoothest writing, and the ink flowed immediately when you put the tip to paper. These have a tendency to need a little "practice scribbling" to get the ink flowing, and they don't write as effortlessly as the others. I miss being able to just pick up the pen and start writing. Our former pens were still available, but the price had gone up considerably, so we decided to try these, which were at the price point of what we paid for the others a few years ago. These are okay, but not the wonderful pens that the others were.
