UPDATE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! Their customer service is non existent. If there is an issue with your order, THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. I disputed the transaction with PayPal, they gave me the refund because pens.com never responded to the claim!! Today I received an invoice for this order!!?? Worst company ever. I've reported them to the FTC for fraudulent claims on their website. They do not "make it right". ************* Probably would have been fine had customer service actually helped. I received the wrong color. I ordered green and received blue. Not only did customer service not "make it right", I had to open a dispute with my bank to receive a refund. If you order and there's a problem with your order, just know that customer service will not fix anything for you.

I’m very disappointed in our order & these pens. So far half of the pens don’t even work. They do not write. The other half barely write. Have a hard time getting them to work. The pen was not what I was expecting either. Do not like the way it is made or looks.
