Pens are nice. Phone number was incorrect on pens. When reviewing the application all numbers were correct. Pens will not replace so out quite a bit of money. The send me a picture of the order but can not read on it the phone number. Would love to have these Pens for marketing but cant use ones with wrong number. Now their trash.

I frequently purchase from Pens.com. LOVE their quality and with pens, how smooth they write and their longevity & other products. Just a note if you go to reorder like I did. Once you change a line, the rest of it may be erased. For example, I added a name and the phone number on that line deleted. Totally did not see that in the preview and it happened on 2 lines. Now I have 250 pens without my business phone number. Unfortunately, when I called they couldn't help me. I understand but want others to know about it. The customer service rep said next time do a phone order.
