After a wild ride of ordering, having the ordered cancelled by the printer without notice, then reordering followed by 27 phone calls to 13 different departments I was able to get my order 5 weeks after the expected date. In my military and LE career, I conducted several missions and investigations and none were as arduous, lengthy, or convoluted as the process to order and receive a shipment of 1000 pens with custom graphics. If you want to train your staff in counterterrorism, improve their interrogation skills, or just expose them to torture, Pens.com is your training ground. One order cycle of pens, cups, or bottle openers will harder a weak intern, build the resilience in a recent graduate, or make the senior clerk cry out in agony. But, once you survive the process, once you have reached the summit, once you have overcome all adversity your order will be great. If you accept this mission - God speed. This message will self-destruct in 5 seconds.

Having an order cancelled without notice is frustrating enough, but then having to reorder, make 27 phone calls, speak with 13 different departments, and ultimately wait five weeks beyond the expected delivery date is far more than anyone should have to deal with. We’re truly sorry that we put you through that.
We also understand that this wasn’t simply an inconvenience—it took a significant amount of your time, patience, and energy. You placed an order with the expectation that we would handle it professionally and keep you informed. Instead, you were left having to chase answers and navigate a process that should have been straightforward.
Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to hear what happened. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be sharing it with our team so we can work toward making sure future orders are handled with the care, communication, and reliability you should have received from us the first time.
They're okay for the cost. Some pens at the bottom of the box have come apart but we put them back together. We use them for our delivery truck drivers - customer can keep the pen after signing off on the delivery. We use them at our sales front counter for customers to take after they use to sign off on order.

I would say this pen is quite nice! It’s not expensive, and the quality doesn’t seem cheap. I had some issues with my first order, but the customer service was very responsive and helped me through the entire process.

Printing was extremely messy and had white ink specks all over the barrel of the pen.
