I have ordered Colorama pens from Pens.com for over 20 years. Quality and service remain consistent, and my clients love the pens. Recently I actually had a client bring a very old pen in to exchange for a new one. The pen still wrote fine, but the Design Wrap had worn off from years of daily use. That speaks volumes; keep up the good service!!

The ink doesn't write as well as your other pens, it's very splotch and can leak or stop working all together. The design of the pen is not very premium quality either, it is cheaper plastic than the other pens I have ordered from this website.

The pens are not of the excellent quality we received from National Pen...they do not have the grip section and are a much lighter weight pen.

we order 3,000 every 2 months , sometimes the pen caps dont work sometimes we get pens that skip
