its not what i recevied , the picture looks correct but the pen is all white. when i designed it on your website there was no final view of the design , now i got 500 pens that i am not happy with.

I wish someone would have mentioned that the phone numbers are un-readable. The whole point of the pen is to generate business. The final proof looked fine which is why it was approved but someone should have said that it would be too small to read or at least recommend a different color. I am disappointed for sure. The actual pen as far as writing, is great.

The colors of the pen was dull the phone number was supposed to be red it was so faded. I did not like the product. In addition to me paying for express shipping the pens came in a week later. They were supposed to send refund me $40 which never happened.
