I have received several reminders to leave a review for this pen which I wasn’t going to do but I will now. The pen is very good. I’ve ordered pens from this company for 20 years, but my last order took over five months to produce I actually had to hire a lawyer and threaten legal action for them, holding my money and not delivering a product before they did I don’t know what happened to their customer service, but it’s been nothing but a nightmare. I was contacted by another customer service rep, who believe it or not took care of my problems was very apologetic. I ordered another batch of pens and they were produced within days not months. I feel like they’re back to their great customer service with a quality product. I guess everybody goes through a bad period. But in this case, I’m still taking away a few stars for the five months of hell I had to go through to get to this point.

I like the pen and have ordered a different pen a couple of times with pens.com. This last order I wasn't happy with as you could not read my logo very clearly and my name was covered with the clip. I wrote the customer service person about it with no response.

The construction of the pen is good. The value for the money is fine. However, the writing on the pen is difficult to see. The reason for the order is to promote our business. It is difficult to do this if potential customers have a hard time reading the writing on the pen. This is an area that can be improved. Thanks!

very light weight and cheap feel. Barrel bends/compresses/ if squeeze hare. When it deforms wrap peels easily. Have not had long wen ought o comment on durability. Will not be ordering this product again

I order a lot of pens from this company as people love them all from this company and constantly give compliments on them. These pens with a larger barrel and stylus and smooth ink have been very popular. When people see them even before writing they exclaim "what a beautiful pen."

I really like the feel of this pen. The thickness and the grip is great. It writes nicely. The only thing is I should have picked a different color for the writing. The white is hard to read against the lighter part of the background on the wrap. Didn't realize that would be a problem when I designed it. It was pretty clear on the design but the real product is harder to read. Otherwise, great pen.

I gave these out at a meeting. 1 of the 5 already failed at first use. I don't know about the rest - hoping this was just a fluke. I probably will never know - but I do like the way they turned out look wise.

It was not the right color. I picked teal, it's a pale blue and I don't like the rubber thing at the tip
