The logo is much larger than what I expected and wanted. Five of the pens from my order are defective and I am unable to share them with my customers.

The color is fantastic—perfectly matching my logo colors. The pen writes smoothly with no skipping, providing a solid, consistent ink flow. The email updates were professional and timely—very impressive! My only minor drawback is that all of the pens have a small nick in the top color piece near the clicker. Other than that, they’re terrific, and I will definitely order again.

These pens are exactly what I wanted. The logo was printed in full color and I can't wait to give them away as gifts.

product was delivered not as ordered, the trim color was wrong. I had several colors to choose from when I got the wrong color I was told there is only one choice. Customer support was very nice but I have not received a conformation yet of my replacement order. Waiting to see how this turns out.
