The pen and light are nice. I would have liked the lettering to be bigger. It is not clear on the website how to specify the size of the lettering. It will make a good gift set for our purposes.

I'm very pleased with this product. Sending me samples was a great idea. It inspired me to buy them for our customers. More importantly, the individual hoop was involved in getting me to actually order the pens and take down the details and the expected delivery date was absolutely 100% professional, ethical, enthusiastic, supportive, and confident that I would be pleased with the end result.

the product and production time was great. The imprint on the product was very poor - I'm not sure if I made the mistake or production - the imprint was so tiny - if I was the person producing it I would have contacted the customer to confirm if the size of the imprint is correct ... that is the main incentive for ordering a "logo" item - is your name is readable - this one is not and it arrived just in time for me to distribute so calling to have it re-done would not be an option - very disappointing imprint

The product was beautiful, but they arrived all smashed up. I wrote to the company and they immediately got back to me they are sending replacements soon Thank you for helping me out so quickly. Definitely beautiful products can't wait to order more products from them.
