Ink runs dry too quickly. Pen does not work way too many times. Have to do squiggles or something to get it started. Stylus is GREAT; love that feature. Too bad the writing part does not support that greatness.

The logo that I wanted on the pens was not put on and I couldn't stop the printing. I still have not received a refund for the cost of the logo to be printed on the pens. I ordered the Gel pens to get smooth writing but many of them leak and put messy globs of ink everywhere.

WE have ordered this pen multiple times, we have always ordered blue - I was disappointed when I received the pens and they are black ink. I realize it was my error but as a returning customer I would have expected a contact to verify our order. the cost was way more than I expected - and now they are on sale - very disappointed in customer service for a returning customer

The pens are not readable as the print is to small to read as I’m getting complaints from customers
